After having done a lot of research etc on this type of pergola we decided to go and have a look at what The Furniture Store NI had to offer. The choice was amazing & hard to choose from because there was so much choice on display. Sinead was amazing to deal with and we never felt under any pressure at all! Sinead was also brilliant with measurements & information on how to get our new Padio ready for the pergola. It took two men to fit who were also brilliant at constructing the pergola. Very friendly and professional and had it fitted in 2 hours! Our experience can only be described as ‘ excellent’ :)

I was anxious about buying a sofa i hadn't sat on.. but delivery was super fast (3 days) and I was on a deadline... so I took a chance. I have to say.. the whole purchase was a delight.. exceptional customer service. Exceptional delivery & the sofa is perfect! All for a fraction of what dfs was looking for a similar sofa & no 16 wk waiting time. Will definitely have the furniture store as my go to for future home needs! Absolutely brilliant service. We bought a Zeus fully motorized pergola from Furniture store. From first contact, through collection and aftercare we found them to be very helpful and went above and beyond. The instructions inside the pergola were not the best when was an issue with pairing of remote and blinds, however the store put me in contact with another customer with same issue and he gave me the solution and now all perfect. I would recommend and have already told friends that I found the best value here. I am in Dublin and drove a van up to do collection from Tyrone, easy drive. However they do also deliver to Dublin for 300 euro. And trust me they are big heavy boxes so I would think about getting delivered if not large van and able to lift heavy boxes.
