At Furniture Store NI, your satisfaction and the durability of our products are our top priorities. We've noticed a recurring issue regarding damaged screens during stormy weather, and we want to ensure everyone is well-informed.

Upon purchase, we always advise our customers to fully pull up screens with louvres left open during periods of high winds. This simple precaution helps prevent damage to your screens.

Please note: any damage sustained during storms or high winds will incur charges for repairs. Additionally, replacement screens must be paid in full. The Furniture Store NI will not be held responsible for damages occurring during severe weather conditions.

On some occasions we may want to tell you about our fantastic offers which will be sent by e-mail you can opt out of this service at any time by contacting info@furniturestoreni.co.uk.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds for returned products will be issued when furniturestoreni.co.uk are satisfied that all Terms and Conditions of return and cancellation policy have been adhered to.

please note: there is no refund on sale items.

Refunds where by items are not faulty outside of the returns period, will be credited by credit note. A credit note is valid from 6 months of issue. 

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a full returns service on faulty goods. If the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the item(s) should be returned with the driver and reported to info@furniturestoreni.co.uk while the driver is still present. If the item(s) is found to be faulty within one year of purchase, please contact us, stating your order reference which will be on your invoice, nature of the problem and attaching/enclosing clear photographs depicting the problem. Or complete the template attached and send to us with relevant images. All faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

All electrical items have a 3 month warranty from date of purchase.



Over 3 months, the consumer has to prove the defect was there at the time of delivery. Items may be returned by contacting us via telephone, email, fax or letter. (Contact via social media will not be accepted) within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase value. We (furniturestoreni.co.uk) will not be liable for any damage caused to your property or house contents, if due responsibly has been taken by the employees of furniturestoreni.co.uk. The customer should ensure that the entrance and area where the product(s) is directed, are clear of any obstructions and that there is reasonable room to build (if necessary) and manoeuvre the product(s) - path ways must be clear of pictures/mirrors/lamps/lightshades etc.

Products which have been repeatedly used or slept on, cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons).

If you wish to test a product(s) that you are unsure of, please keep it sealed in its original packaging and inform furniturestoreni.co.uk drivers, that you want the product to remain sealed. You have (14) days to inform us, if you want the product uplifted. Returning your product(s) will incur a collection charge of up to £150 per item and the item will be checked to ensure that it has remained sealed and is still in its original condition. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be reimbursed using the same method of payment originally used during purchase.


Deposits are non-refundable, when a deposit is paid you are entering a legally binding contract to buy said item, if contract is broken and an item has been cancelled then all deposit are forfeited and it is at the sellers discretion if balance can be transferred to credit note.  

Failed Delivery Attempt

Furniturestoreni.co.uk drivers cannot complete a delivery if there is no one present at the delivery destination on the pre-arranged day. If there is no one present then the product(s) cannot be signed for, therefore we will contact you to arrange another delivery date. However, an additional charge for failed delivery attempt can cost up to £150.

For delivery please email info@furniturestoreni.co.uk for a quote. Reasons for delay or non-delivery could be: During holiday periods e.g.: Christmas, Easter. Unforeseen circumstances, such as, but not limited to, lock-outs, strikes, riots, malicious damage, labour disturbances, trade disputes, government action, (including action by any local or statutory authority), fire, floods, vehicle breakdown, acts of God, delays by suppliers or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control. If we cannot deliver stock items within the lead time stated for any reason, we will update you by e-mail or telephone as to the progress of your order, advising you of the anticipated delivery date. We will contact you by email or telephone once your product(s) is ready for dispatch.


Pergola install - 

Timing regarding installation will be agreed in advance depending on availability.

It is up to the customer to provide access to the site when required. And supply of power if required.

If there are any variations to the installation, the team will give prior notice before variation is commenced.


Customers are guided by their builder/landscaper  and either cut 300 x 
450m depending on length and width of post or overall structure.
laying on tile, porcelain, slate etc is not recommended but if asked it’s recommended
if laying on the aforementioned materials, 
take up the 4 tiles and and set the posts in concrete and then cut your slab back around the post. The plate of leg will cover
all of this area anyway.

The installer will use porcelain diamond drill bits to ensure that any tension caused will lessen chances of any blemishes on the hard porcelain tile. But please note our team will not take responsibility for any damage.

Set the posts with a good, strong mix of cement and ballast and make
sure the posts are set solid for safety reasons and peace of mind.

Manufacturer guarantees and warranties vary from 3 months to 10 years depending on the type of product. If for any reason, you find our products in poor condition or with a manufacturing fault, please email us to info@furniturestoreni.co.uk attaching clear photographic evidence of the defect. For any replacement(s) required furniturestorenis.co.uk will try to remedy with identical material but if the material is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute with a material supplied to us by our suppliers. Guarantees will not be valid if the product has been misused, i.e. No mattress protector is used, mattress is soiled or un-hygienic, excessive wear and tear from jumping on the mattress, overloading of the drawers, mattress being bent or torn or/and mattress is used in conjunction with an old base. Please note that mattresses can have up to 2 inches (6cm) of natural settlement - this does not qualify as a fault.

Furniturestoreni.co.uk will stand over warranty of any new sofa with a one year guarantee, depending on the suppliers they may be able to offer a longer guarantee on this item, however please ask a staff member and they should be able to advise. Furniturestoreni.co.uk also offer a one year warranty with garden furniture permitted that it is not harmed due to malpractice, an assessment team will review the situation at a cost, if it is found to be furniturestoreni.co.uk who are at fault they will stand over the problem. All electrical items have a 3 month warranty, if supplier sees it as their problem they will stand over it to one year. All the warranties and guarantees are from date of invoice so proof or purchase will be required so customer is advised to retain this for duration of warranty. Furniturestoreni.co.uk have right to decline service if we find that product is out of warranty.

All products and services must be fully paid before delivery. If for any reason, furniturestoreni.co.uk identifies customers with outstanding balances, interest will be applied. Furniturestoreni.co.uk accepts all major credit/debit cards ‚Äď Visa, MasterCard and Laser. To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website you must be over 18 years of age and the card of use must be your own. In order to combat fraud we may from time to time ask customers to produce the card used for the transaction and/or photographic ID such as passport or driving license. We will also accept cheques or bankers drafts, however these need to be cleared (up to 10 days) with the bank before the order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible thereafter. All credit/debit card payments made with this site are highly secure.

Prices, Descriptions and Measurements
All prices on furniturestoreni.co.uk include VAT and all transactions are subject to the distance selling regulations as laid out in European law. While every effort has been taken to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on our Web site, it is not possible to ensure that our site is completely free of human or technical errors. All of the firmness ratings on our website have been tested and rated by our suppliers, we do not take any reasonably as rating are to use as a guide only. Furniturestoreni.co.uk reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions - including after an order has been submitted - and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. It should also be noted that all measurements and colours shown are approximate and a slight variation may exist in the actual goods.
