Pergola Questions

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Pergolas, bundles and pergola accessories are delivered free anywhere in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is £200 per order.

Can you install it for me?

Yes. Our own team fits pergolas from £600 for 4 legs, £700 for 6 legs and £800 for 8 legs (LED pergolas from £700). Ask for a quote or call 07810 063932.

What surface does it need?

A flat, solid surface such as a concrete base or patio, ideally with a slight fall so rain drains away. The pergola is bolted down and expansion bolts are included.

Do I need planning permission?

Usually not, but rules depend on the size, position and where you live, and differ between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Check with your local council if you are unsure. We can give you the exact dimensions of any model.

Can I add walls, doors, lighting or heating later?

Yes. Privacy screens, side walls, glass or louvred sliding doors, LED lights and heaters can be added at any time. Check the size matches your pergola, or ask us.

Manual or motorised louvres?

Both have a louvred roof you can open to the sun or close against the rain. On a manual pergola you turn the louvres by hand; a motorised one opens and closes them at the touch of a button.
