• All liquidated, clearance, or discounted stock is sold as-is and without warranty.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered on liquidated stock unless required by law.
2. Storm & Environmental Damage
   
• We do not cover damage caused by storms, floods, lightning, fire, or any other environmental/weather-related events.
• Responsibility for adequate protection, storage, and insurance of goods lies with the customer once delivery or collection has taken place

Site Consultation Fee A £100 fee applies to all onsite assessments. This amount is fully deductible from your final invoice if you proceed with the installation. If the project does not move forward, the consultation fee remains payable to cover the cost of the site visit and assessment.
