Site Consultation
A £100 site consultation fee applies to all onsite assessments and is fully deducted from your installation invoice if you proceed with your purchase. If you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee covers the cost of the site visit and assessment.
Delivery
We deliver across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Your delivery cost is shown at checkout. You can also collect from our showroom at 2 Teebane Road, Cookstown, BT80 9PJ.
Returns in brief
- Check your order on delivery. Report anything faulty or damaged to the driver and to info@furniturestoreni.co.uk, and report all faults within 14 days of delivery.
- Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of delivery. A collection charge of up to £150 per item applies and items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Mattresses and products that have been slept on or repeatedly used can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items: credit note or exchange only.
